It starts with a conversation — free, and no pressure.
We meet at our Wheaton showroom or in your home, and really listen — how you cook, how you live, what frustrates you about the room today, and what you want to walk into every morning.
You work with one dedicated designer as your single point of contact. And behind the scenes, all three of us — three generations of expertise — review and refine your design together, so you get the depth of the whole family through one steady relationship.
See your layout and design before it’s built.
We design your kitchen or bath in 2020 Design, the professional software the cabinetry industry runs on — and we do it while we talk. Every door, drawer, and dimension takes shape on screen in real-time 3D.
You'll see the exact layout, proportions, and configuration before a single cabinet is ordered. One honest note: on-screen colors are a close guide — a finish looks a little different in person than on a monitor — so we confirm your real colors and finishes with samples in our showroom.

Once you approve the design, we order every component direct from our brand partners — and inspect each piece before it reaches your home, so problems are caught in our shop, not on your wall.
Cabinet lead time is the biggest variable, and it depends on the tier you choose:

Installed by our own family crew.
Once your cabinets arrive, we typically begin installation within one to three days. Your kitchen is set by our own Finemark crew — a family-led team, with a member of our family working right alongside our installers on every job. No subcontractors, ever.

Install times are typical and subject to your project's scope, complexity, and our current schedule. One honest note: countertop fabrication and installation is handled by our trusted, contracted fabrication partners — we lead and oversee that step so your surface fits exactly.
We finish clean — and we stand behind it.
When the work is done, we finish with a complimentary cleanup of the work area — and walk the finished space with you, fine-tuning anything that needs it.
Your products carry their own manufacturer warranties, and the installation and workmanship our team performs is backed by our Limited Lifetime Labor & Craftsmanship Warranty — for as long as you own your home.
