Care & Maintenance
Granite is easy to live with, with a little routine care:
- Have it sealed on installation and re-sealed periodically.
- Clean with warm water and mild dish soap or a pH-neutral stone cleaner.
- Avoid harsh or acidic cleaners that can degrade the sealer over time.
- It is very heat resistant, but a trivet is still smart for very hot pans.
Choosing Your Slab
Granite is a natural product, so no two slabs match and there is no color or pattern “guarantee” the way there is with engineered quartz. That is why we arrange a slab viewing — so you approve the exact piece before it is fabricated.
